Nicely lay out. What we didn't like is the food choices. The one week we spend the food was the same wherever we had breakfast/lunch/dinner. The same food that we had first day in different format. That was disappointing. The other thing we noticed (or suggestion that we have) there should be a notice in all buffet place "not to waste food". We saw so much food wasted which was very sad. I know this is individuals who should decide what to take but there is a bit of a responsibility with the hotels as well. In this world there are lots of people who is struggling for food and water.

We loved this resort and I'm pretty picky, especially about food. Everything was wonderful! The employees were very friendly, food was surprisingly good, entertainment all day! We will return! Yes, the pools were very cold, we still had fun.

This is supposedly a newer hotel but as soon as you arrive, you’re able to tell the quality of the place. A few dining options but the quality lacks, even at the non-buffet restaurants. Better off leaving the hotel & look for authentic Mexican food or restaurants that actually put love into their food, which we ended up doing. Staff were friendly & nice. We stayed in the main deck pool & disappointed to learn that it wasn’t heated. The water was cold. The water in the water park was warmer but I would have preferred to use the pool right outside my room, even paid extra to be on the main level pool but still ended up not using it due to it being cold.

The water park is amazing! Lots of fun for the whole family! Rooms are well appointed and swim up offers a great semi private pool (shared between 4 rooms in the upstairs floors). Food is decent but at times hit or miss, although decent variety and great kid options on both meals and mocktails. I found information on hotel details and what's happening a bit harder to find than expected.

The property is nice however the rooms and the water park and best restaurants are about a kilometer apart so you have to wait for a shuttle. Even though they are quick and you don’t have to wait very long the issue is that there are other guest that are coming from the water park and leave the seats wet. Whenever you want to go and dine at a restaurant that you have to get transported to you might sit in a wet seat. Also the staff is nice but they are always trying to up sale you a service. Those are my two complaints other than that it was a great time.

Horrible experience don’t book
What a horrible experience. When we arrived we were told we had to lay an extra $5200.00 USD for our stay because of the kids ages. Called hotels.com who were completely useless. They said that I had stated the ages of the children incorrectly but provided absolutely no evidence and our only option was to pay an extra $5200.00 or abandon the hotel. We ended up having to leave the hotel which was devasting my little girls who were super excited to stay there. Up to now hotels.com refuses to give us a refund and has been super difficult. Worst experience ever!

Second time back and the kids loved it. Had a swim out on the first floor which we preferred to our 3rd floor suite from last stay. Resort was less busy this time due to time of year. Staff are amazing and ensure to check in often. Highly recommend.
