The resort Exceeded my husband and I expectation . It was literally TOP TIER . The staff was as helpful as possible. I would say the could cater to all races and not just Mexican as far as music go, a few people around us complained about that. Also the room got hot while sleeping at night maybe we didn’t know how to work the AC . But all and all it was amazing I would definitely be back .

Loved the whole experience had a lot of fun. Only thing I didnt like is I purchased a nonsmoking room and they put me in a smoking room. Then when i got moved to a "nonsmoking" room they still had ash trays in it and the people next to us smoked the whole time we were there. If i pay for a nonsmoking room I should not have ash trays in my room or be next door to a smoking room.

Okay we stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years . They really need a do not disturb sign because housekeeping, kept knocking on our door even after they had cleaned. Some staff were nice while others were not happy or seemed bothered by requests for drinks. Towels were very stiff and felt very hard on our hands and skin. We hope if we return they may do these few things.

It was very clean very quit the only thing i didn't like is the buffet close at 6pm so if i didn't have any reservation to any of their restaurants i have to go the palace buffet witch was so bad
