"Friendly staff- beautiful amenities "

"I absolutely loved everything about this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the rooms were spotless (they even cleaned them twice a day!), and the food options were fantastic—surprisingly varied for the size of the resort. The entertainment was also a lot of fun. My only note is that it feels more like a couples’ resort than one for a girls’ trip, but regardless, we had an amazing time and I would definitely return! "

"We loved Marina El Cid. We come to the Cancun area every year with our neighbors. We like to walk on the beach but not swim in the ocean. If big waves is your thing, this is not your place. We loved having access to so many restaurants and the other resorts. The entertainment was ok but we’re not late night people so that was not a problem for us. The food was very good. The buffets were smaller than other buffets we’ve been to but good. The pool area was huge! It was slightly quieter but still had activities. We had a great time and will definitely go back."

The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They work incredibly hard and diligently to make sure every guest feels welcome! The wife and I plan to go back just us next time to check out the Hideaway portion of the resort!"
