"The Pros…..great friendly service, range of restaurants, staff appreciate tips but are not demanding them. Nice pool ( main one I swam 2K four times early in the morning day). Serenity gym was empty most days so nice for the treadmills to use. Loved Olios and also the Italian was good. Nice spacious room. Butler Paco was kind and checked in each day but wasn’t in our face. Cons: the shows were weak, Tahlini show had bad acoustics in the room and was very loud. Burlesque show was hilarious, some of the poolside entertainment was passable. Beach is not really a place to hang out with the sea weed and the current is rough. Safe, no people hassling you by the pool to buy trinkets and a very relaxing place to unwind for a week. We enjoyed our time here. Thank you Haven. "

"Very unique and creative designs, off the main hotel drive. Was hit by 3 hurricanes last year and lost a beautiful spa building but they expect to have new replacement by the end of year. Only negative road noise and not close to bus route yet but there is a stop built 1/4 mile away. We used Uber that was $5-15 / ride"
