They over charged me and didn’t honor Expedia’s rate. They charged my credit card for all the rooms I reserved even when customers presented and asked them to use another credit card or form of payment. They lost medical supplies sent to the hotel and had it locked in an office. The customer had to delay treatment because they had a hard time finding where an employee placed it. I’m both surprised and disappointed with the services!

I felt I couldn’t comfortably sit on the lobby sofas they looked worn and dirty. There were finger prints on all the front doors even early in the morning before heavy traffic. The bellman not once opened the door for us even when our hands were full. Anyone could get on the elevators or stairs that didn’t feel safe.
