Staff were super nice. That was the highlight.
We were further from most restaurants, but it wasn’t terrible as there were a few quick eats nearby.
The neighborhood isn’t the best there is, lots of /talkative/ homeless people, but we didn’t feel too unsafe and they didn't hang out much around the hotel itself.
The room itself was average, but clean. The bedding felt soooo fresh and clean and I’m fairly confident we didn't take home any stowaways in our clothes lol.
The outlets in our room were worn, so our chargers fell out and our room at times smelled a tiny bit musty.
Overall, despite the details we didn't love, I would recommend, and I would come again. Especially with its proximity to the Museum of the Bible, Air and Space Museum, and the L Enfant Metro.
John, Marcus, and Genet were the employees we spoke with the most. They were kind, responsive, helpful, and seemed to be happy we were there lol.
