Loved the old charm of this hotel. It is centrally located to a lot of sights which made it great for walking, and right by the tube and bus stations which made traveling around the city super easy. Even though it was close to these stations, you would never know it on the inside. Our room was quiet and cozy and the service was great! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around or catching a bus or the tube. There’s lots around for tourists and has a ton of restaurant options close by. The staff were great, the breakfast was great, the room was great and very clean. The complimentary mini bar was a huge plus in the evening as we got back from a long day of exploring. I would highly recommend to anyone and I’m sure we’ll be back!!!

Grand and cavernous but tired property. Our room was clean and quiet, but quite small. Overpriced mediocre breakfast-eat elsewhere. The unrepaired lift influences my poor impression of the hotel. To be fair, our stay was over a Sunday and technicians were likely hard to find, but no apparent alternatives to the stairs existed. Tsk-tsk!
