Hilton has 5 properties around LHR. We tried two hotels at the airport and ended up paying for a cab to get to the actual hotel. We did receive an e-mail warning us about the multiple hotels, but we'd already booked and the booking said it was at the airport. The hotel's system was down when we arrived, but the clerk walked us up to our room. I had to take another cab to get to the airport on the following day.

So grateful for a place to sleep. Quiet. I finally found the way to get there. NOTE 2 Hilton’s in LHR so I was lost a lot wandering around and zonked. The food is meh. The bar service was great for quick dinner.

Had a really tiring and bad journey. was greeted very warmly and was upgraded to a king on the top floor. Burger in the bar was a bit dry but great breakfast and very convinient for Hatton Cross tube for Heathrow. Stayed about 10 times here. Great Hotel
