The hotel is connected to Heathrow Terminal 5. That is the reason why we booked it. The lobby and entrance are modern and breathtaking get. The bedroom was very dated. Scratched dark furniture There was a problem with the lighting. The lights kept coming on all night long. I kept trying to phone reception but they only answered my calls once. There was no offer of an electrician coming to fix the problem. We got no slerp

We always stay here before a morning flight from T5. Makes for a calm and much less stressful experience than trying to fight your way around the M25 and encountering who knows what kind of nonsense:too old for that kind of thing!
