Very happy with stay
Very happy with stay. No frills in room but it was clean and extremely quiet, as requested. Bed very comfortable, and good pillows! Any staff we met were friendly with a smile on their face. Bus just around corner to tube station or easy walking distance. Would happily stay again.

We had stayed at 3 Holiday Inn Express properties during our recent trip to Ireland Scotland and England. This was not clean at all, they also use some type of aerosol product to cover up odours which takes your breath away. On a positive note staff were friendly and moved us to another room which was a little better but not to the Holiday Inn standards we were used to.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet. Breakfast excellent way to start the day. Clean property. And walkable access to two train stops. Lots of moderate choices for restaurants in the area, wide range of dining options down the street and grocery stores.

Insufficient lighting, no safe for valuables, bed very small. Poor breakfast content although complimentary would have been much better if chargeable against better content. The only meat product was pork neglecting the need of those who don’t eat pork. Vegetables sausage was the available alternative however not tasty. Scrambled eggs was offered, no boiled or fried.

One of the mattresses provided was very saggy, old and damaged. I could not have full night sleep on that bed because of deteriorating condition of the mattress. Room's carpet was nasty and stained.
