Beautiful stay on the edge of Hyde Park
Beautiful festive stat just before Christmas. Gorgeous hotel area with Christmas decorations. Room was clean and tidy with a lovely deep bath. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff really couldn't do enough for us.

The hotel is in a nice area, easy to get around, and walkable to restaurants and bars. The reception and bar area are nice. The rooms need some attention. The chair in my room had visible stains all over, the pillow smelled like mildew, and the room was absolutely freezing. I didn't have a thermometer, but I am guessing high 50F/low 60F degrees. I called to ask them to fix it twice. The first time the woman told me she would fix the temp, but nothing happened. The second time the man told me there was no way to change the temp because it's central heating and brought me a space heater that was covered in dust with a broken wheel so it was not stable--pretty big fire risk.

Really good welcome at the hotel and the location is excellent for Paddington and the underground. It was stated in the description, but the room was incredibly small and a little stuffy. Would certainly return to the area, but would need to have a better room if it was to be in this hotel.

The Best Western Mornington Hotel near Hyde Park was fantastic! Abz and Romina are both such delights! The room was a tad cold but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a space heater. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you're in London for a short trip.

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable & bathroom very clean although being next to the lift there was an extreme amount of noise outside the door crashing & banging from cleaning staff & guests, but on a positive note the breakfast was amazing & cooked to perfection with plenty of choice hot or cold.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The spa facilities were a real highlight—so relaxing and luxurious. The food was absolutely superb, with a high-end dining experience that exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a really nice experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay.

The room was perfectly clean, but for a 4 star hotel I was expecting slightly better to be honest. The biggest problem was the radiator - which was locked on 100% heat 100% of the time, which meant although the window was as open as it would go, the room temperature must have been over 30 degrees, which was quite uncomfortable - in the end I had the air conditioning unit on full but this barely did anything and produced more noise than cool air. On top of this, I tried to make a cold glass of water from the tap, but the cold side was very warm. Finally, though somewhat nit-picking - it would have been nice to have a bedside table, as the plug on the headboard meant I had to balance my phone on the bed overnight to charge which wasn't ideal. I did receive a courtesy call from the reception desk around 7pm, which was nice, but even though I told them about the over-bearing heat nothing was done to resolve this, which again added to the overall disappointment really. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend this establishment to any of my friends or colleagues.

The description for the room I booked on Expedia said it had a desk, but the hotel does not have desks in that category. Listing should be updated. The room was extremely tiny. Cute but very small. In addition, although I have Gold status with Expedia, the hotel did not receive that info so none of the VIP perks were offered. Staff at the hotel were great and location is fabulous

Nice property close to Lancaster Gate tube , on a quiet residential street away from main road. Friendly welcome and attentive staff. Nice range of Rituals toiletries available came as a nice surprise . Will definitely use for regular trips.
