Well located in a quiet cul de sac off a very busy street(Brompton). The hotel is older, and needs some updates, but overall provides what you need and is peaceful.

Handy location for me on this trip, but expensive for a tiny single bedroom. However, it's Knightsbridge and you have to expect it. Staff were nice. Free tea, coffee, water etc, which was good, and a small cosy lounge for relaxing.

My husband and I loved our stay here. The only flaw we found was that our room was a bit small however we did not spend much time there so it did not matter as much to us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and walkabout to shopping about 2 blocks from Harrods and many other shops and restaurants. About a 10 min walk to the closest underground stop knights bridge. And about a 20 min walk to Buckingham palace. We loved how easy it was to walk around or catch the bus or tube. The hotel is in a very safe area and even though it is in a busy area the hotel nestled back on a side street so was pretty quiet at night. We loved London and its beauty and will definitely be back!

What a lovely hotel in such a convenient location for walking to restaurants and museums. The staff was so helpful in orienting us to that part of London. We stayed with them again on our way back from Africa -- a nice respite for a long trip.

Super cute, great location. Smal but to be expected for that area. Only negative was the elevator didn’t work on our way out and we had to lug suitcases down the stairs (I’m sure if we had called front desk they would have helped we just were running late and by the time we figured it out we just did it ourselves). Would stay there again!
