The good was just okay. It wasn’t a priority for me though so I was ok with that. Affordable scooter rental was very welcome. The staff were very engaging and fun around the pool. The massage staff was also great.

Do not stay here! Food was disgusting. Bathrooms in room were disgusting. Staff seem annoyed if you ask for anything. Plastic reusable cups they use, they do not wash properly. Barely any nightly entertainment. Cannot drink the alcohol as its poor quality. This is definitely a dive resort for divers who typically don’t care about anything other than their diving. So, if you are a diver, this hotel is for you. If you aren’t a diver, go someone with an ounce of class It’s not worth being a little cheap. Pay a little extra for something more tolerable.

The staff were nice, The front seat girls were not helpful. There was no internet for several days. They were working around the pool, so there were pieces of tile and concrete all around. I cut my foot on a piece in the pool.

Property is nice. Food was above average. Service was very spotty. It was either good or mediocre to bad. In general to the service, it felt like a lot of responses to requests were “no”. We rented scooters and booted around the island, that was fun.

I’ve been staying here for decades. It has very slowly showed improvement since the Wyndham name was slapped on it, but do not expect it to reflect that moniker. It is a long way from ever becoming a luxury resort. I am in Cozumel two to four times annually and usually stay here because of Dive Paradise, the in-house scuba operation. The all inclusive package is not inexpensive and the food quality has varied greatly. This year it was just awful. Even the special a la Carte nights were substandard. My friends and I ate a lot more meals in town on this visit. There was a time, not long ago, when I would spend the entire month of December in Cozumel. The celebration of the holidays on the island is second to none. The resort prices have been greatly increased over the Christmas week to the point of gouging. I can afford the increase although checking out before those dates is my silent protest.

The resort is smaller which we prefer. Service very good and food was awesome! Love the location, can walk to shops and snorkel right at the resort. It is a bit dated, but we really dont care. If you like new and fancy, then not a good fit. Hope to go back!

We have come to this resort 3 years in a row, they now have many pedal bikes to ride, alot more entertainment like, dance classes, cooking class, games, bike tour and movie night. The staff is very friendly and accomadating. They allow dive boats to pick us up from their pier for free, have a dive shop on property and a snorkeling park out front. The only complaint would be that if breakfast could be ready at 6:30 since our dive boat picks us up at 7:15 and breakfast isn't ready till just before 7

The staff was great. They had many activities throughout the day like volleyball, darts, water, aerobics, and name that song. The food was good. Good access to the ocean. The only issue was internet was very spotty throughout the resort.

Our initial reaction to the property was that we were a little underwhelmed, but the property quickly grew on us. The staff were great, especially Keira and Pedro over on the beach side. Our favorite meals were at the snack shack when Estela was cooking. Alexis was great getting us anything we needed extremely quickly.

The staff is very customer friendly. Our excursion for snorkeling was set up by the tour operator. I forgot my rain jacket when exiting the water craft and the tour operator facilitated finding it and getting it back to the hotel. He was very helpful. Entertainment at the resort nightly was outstanding!! I cannot state that enough. The resort is well organized and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
