It was my first solo vacation annd first time going to mexico so i didnt know what to expect..it was a good budget hotel, the staff was very helpful, they cleaned my room everyday and stocked my mini bar without asking..i just wished they were more food options and better entertainment because i feel like they have too many guests and not enough staff and amenities to cater to them but they try...without reservations u have to wait a while to get access to dinner dining and only one restaurant will accommodate u. The other two will not..otherwise its a good hotel on a budget and my experience wasnt bad.

I stayed here for the second time — first time with my partner — and it was wonderful. I personally feel like you get a bang for your buck. The staff (and even other guests) absolutely adored my partner it was sometimes comical but I know he loved it. We got in a little earlier than expected but they let us check-in a couple hours early free of charge. Our flight leaving Cancun was at night but they watched our bags in the lobby and gave us a slip after we checked out so we could continue eating and drinking until our shuttle came in the late afternoon. The food was same old same old, had some constant options that weren’t bad at the buffet and it was certainly edible if anyone is concerned. The restaurants —particularly Mexico Lindo— were much better. The beach is on the smaller side but it’s way less busy than the pool so never really a problem. They were great with cleaning up the seaweed that would collect at this time of year. We would park on the beach and alternate between swimming in the pool and ocean throughout the day. The hotel is across the street from the bus that takes you to the central Hotel Zone so we got out for some fun nights. Overall, the staff was super attentive, housekeeping was great, bartenders and waiters were doing outstanding for the number of people they were serving. Shoutout to Antonio and team at Mexico Lindo for giving us a phenomenal dinner on our last night :) Wish we got out to Isla Mujeres but I’m sure we’ll be back!

Good place for a first time all inclusive trip to Cancun. Food was decent, service was excellent, super clean throughout. Small beach right on the entrance/ exit to the lagoon. Ferry docks right there. Very loud nightly entertainment so if you want to get to sleep before midnight don’t go here.
