Such a beautiful resort that is kept extremely clean. The staff are amazing in every aspect of this resort. So many options to explore within the resort which was the pwrfect size for walkability.

The staff was amazing and friendly from the beginning. Got more than a welcome drink when we first arrived. Everything about the property was explained in great detail which was so helpful for how short our stay was. Took care of the dinner reservations and return transportation immediately. Also booked a couples massage at the spa. The spa was incredible. The massage was the most soothing and relaxing massage that I've had. If you're gonna go to this resort, get an 80 minute massage; you won't be disappointed. The property is also very close to the shopping (about 2 blocks).

The resort continues to be a fantastic getaway for me and friends. The staff is fantastic but a special call out to Yair, Sebastian and Francisco at the Beach bar for great conversation and ideas for eating out. The only negative for this resort is the entry into the water is a little dangerous, but that is what nature can do!

This was our first visit here. You read the reviews and wonder how true they are. This resort was great. The staff super friendly and helpful. We did have to take the stairs to the 5th floor because the elevator only went the 2nd floor. But with as much as we ate and drank we probably needed to take some stairs. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best resorts so far. Staff was incredible everything in close vicinity. Lots of option to eat at buffet. Clean rooms , washroom and pools. On the beach and in down town market and main beach just in walking distance. Super safe to explore everything by walking. Staff was extremely helpful and humble. I will defo book this resort again. Night activities were amazing too. Book without thinking twice.

The resort was very nice and clean. The service and staff was great. But the food was very bad. The food taste was consistently bad throughout all of their dining options. Even the restaurants. We both got food poisoning the second day. I woke up puking and broke out into a fever at night with upset stomach lasting 2 days. Food was either very overcooked or just stale or the flavors was just not good. We had undercooked pizza at the Italian restaurant. Not just slightly, but very undercooked, it tasted like raw dough. We ordered blacked tuna at the grill restaurant, asked for rare but was given 1 piece rare, 1 piece overcooked to the point I was questioning if it was pork; this came on the same plate. Pizza at the poolside was very mediocre
