Most of the staff was great, except for Lidia that refused us dining at the Grill Restaurant. Property is old but nice, room was big and clean. Food at the buffet was ok and many items were the same every day.

Apparently the Altitude is better but not all that great but This property is average: doesn’t serve top self liquor, not a lot bar options AND bar closes around 11pm or midnight no more options to drink liquor so much for all inclusive; food options mediocre, not a lot of food options; hate the fact that you have to make dinner reservations every morning between 9-11am if you don’t want to eat at the buffet which doesn’t have a lot of options. No nightly entertainment at the resort but you can walk on the hotel zone for night life. The beach/pool area is the nicest thing at the resort, the rooms are basic and balcony is small my room had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are too many other options in Mexico.

MARAVILLOSA EXPERIENCIA EN EL CORAZON DE CANCUN.
Maravillosa experiencia. El hotel está ubicado en la playa más bonita de Cancún para nadar con niños, es una playa protegida por un rompeolas que hace que el mar sea una alberca turquesa con una arena blanca y limpia, sin sargazo. El hotel es muy lindo, la comida de los buffetes y los restaurantes de especialidad es DELICIOSA. El plan todo incliuido definitivamente vale la pena por la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas. El hotel cuenta con sala de juegos para niños con muchas actividades durante todo el día para que los pequeños se diviertan además de disfrutar de la alberca y del mar, MUY RECOMENDABLE PARA FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS. La ubicación en la zona hotelera de Cancún es la más privilegiada, justo en el corazón de la vida nocturna de Cancún. La atención de todo el personal es maravillosa, pero queremos agradecer ewspecialmente al concierge Janer, quien hizo posible que nuestra estancia fuera la más placentera, con su ayuda pudimos disfrutar de todas las áreas del hotel y de todas las actividades posibles, que nos permitieron conocer de todas las instalaciones y sacar el máximo provecho de nuestra estancia. Sin duda regresaremos muchas veces más.

Todo muy bonito ! Nos quedamos en la torre altitude ! Tenía miedo de la experiencia porque escuchaba malos comentarios pero inviertan poquito más y quédense en la torre altitude , todo el personal muy amable y atento , los cuartos nuevos , tuvimos una corner suit ocean from y fue super , de cuento , la playa hermosa , de las mejores en Cancún , desde que llegamos nos revisaron muy bien , la muchacha de la guardería muy amable

Me and my husband really enjoy our stay and the variety of activities and food. We love to eat and the food was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly in anything we needed. The room was clean and a comfy bed what we loved most was the beach. Definitely we will stay here again.

I tryed contacting you guys via chat, no luck there, room had a brokem A/C complained several times and got a fan!!! What??? I didnt pay the amount i payed for a room without a working A/C. Went for a wedding and it was terrible experience. Need someone to contact me for compenssation
