The good I love finest playa mujeres !! It’s a beautiful property very well maintained and immaculately cleaned . The beach is so beautiful my favorite part of it all .customer service is amazing and everyone is always willing to help you with whatever issue you have . I have a 6 month old baby and they would literally answer to my every need . The room service snack bar drink service all amazing . I never met a rude waitor or waitress they are always smiling saying helllo and even saying my pleasure when you say thank you . My favorite restaurant the buffet . Wide array of foods flavors very nice . We also tired all the other restaurants . Brass was good and also shoji for the sushi lovers was great!!!!! The not so good Idk if it is a property issue or a Cancun issue but this is my second time at the resort and there is a huge mosquito problem there . They are everywhere and will swarm you . Off , nat pat and bug spray didn’t help nothing helped . I wish they would do something about this. It personally is a very Uncomfortable and annoying not being able to enjoy much because of the mosquito situation . It is very out of control .

Loved our stay with this hotel everything from the staff, service, food and the room set up really caters to our little family. Such a family friendly resort. I will say my only complaint is the reservations for certain restaurants can’t be made until you arrive which we were a party of 15 made it very difficult. We would even get service at our private pool! Itzel was fantastic! Would return!

We had a jr auite with private pool. The service and the food were good. We werent pushed to buy anything and were never told we couldnt get into a restaurant without reservations. Kids club was fun for my 4 and 8 year old. Will defintely be booking again. Oh, the beach was clean (we went end of July).

Very convenient especially if you have kids. Dining options are great, pick one and go to the other. 24/7 room service. Didn't really get to watch some of the entertainment but were able to attend the mexican party they have every thursday and that was fun. our first time in cancun and the resort was definitely pricey compared to other all-inclusive resort. With the resort being a little pricey, I would book here again but only if it's for another wedding event.

Amazing staff! Food was hit or miss. As previous guests of Excellence Playa Mujeres, that was surprising. I wasn’t impressed with the kids club. Supervision seemed lacking. Nightly shows were good but a bit late for younger children. Beach was beautiful and well-kept, but we struggled to find a chair after 8am.
