Is not my first time staying in Holiday Inn Express but this one is the first one that in my room I can here every single car pass at the street I’m stay at the 6 floor. The staffing are great and the service 5 start. But the property need to be more clean and the parking lot is $20 for a day a I feel is dirty and insecure for anyone even the staff. Their no security member at the property.

This was a bad experience as the hotel appeared dingy, the elevator floors were dirty and the bathroom tub was rusted and I was not able to give my son a bath. The toilet seat was not cleaned properly as it had pubic hair behind the lid. Horrible experience and I would not stay here again.

The Location was perfect for the VCU graduation we attended and getting around was easy. The room was comfortable and roomy/bed was excellent. Staff was very good other than getting extra pillows was difficult (we asked for some and were told that they didn't have any but would check.. He did "find" 1.. Thought it was odd that a hotel didn't have extra pillows.

Worth it! Perfect for a weekend stay!
We stayed in the King Bed Executive Room, and it was a very spacious room for 2 people. They have an armoire to hang clothes with a safe, and an ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! We stayed on the 4th floor and had a very nice view of the city. Breakfast was good (buffet style), and I appreciated being able to take it to the room and warming it up in the microwave later (since I’m not a huge morning person). The customer service was great as well! If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, look no further!

As with previous stays, the service, room, and hospitality received were ideal. The staff made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was great!
