Great location, room and amenities were as described. Have stayed here before. Check in, parking and staff was great. Like most ocean front properties it could use upgrades but would recommend staying here.

Love that it was in a very great location. Hated the room. Needs to be upgraded. Very disappointed & disgusted that me and my lady got bit up by bed bugs and there was no more rooms available. Saw the bed bug on the pillow. Took it to the front desk and there was nothing that could be done about it. Highly disappointed and will never stay there again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This hotel is an older facility, and is just okay. A little rundown. Rooms were clean enough, no mold or staining in the bathroom. Air conditioner condensation drips down onto lower outside balconies. No on site food service. Asked for daily trash pickup, did not happen. Pool is indoors. Front desk staff very nice. On a positive note, directly on the boardwalk.

Was quiet and clean. Great views. Close to shops and restraunts. Staff are decent. Due to car trouble we arrived a day late called told talked to one person they said it would be okay left a message first thing in the morning explaining we werre running behind due to car trouble we broke down in west virgina. Qhen arriving to the property they had us down as a no show and cancelled the room. They accommodated us with a double room for the remainder of our stay which im greatful for. No smoking in room or on balcany. Someone was 420ing down the hall from us which to each there own staff sprayed the hall and didnt seem to mind the smell as much. All in all was a good place just minor issues.

Overall our stay was good. The staff and service were wonderful. Upon check in, I requested an updated room on the 8th floor which the attendant was gracious enough to accommodate. The elevator was a bit scary and smelled like marijuana often. (FYI, marijuana is legal in Virginia so this is NOT the Hotels fault). Previous reviews had mentioned these complaints, so we were prepared. Upon reaching our floor, the room was literally right across from the elevator (room 816) which was convenient. Upon entering the room we immediately noticed the room was recently painted and very clean. The bathroom was very clean and the fixtures, faucets and shower head all seemed new. The bed linens were very clean with no stains, hair, or bugs as indicated in previous reviews. We had an ocean view, and I will tell you it DID NOT disappoint. Absolutely GORGEOUS view with balcony. There were dolphins out at between 8:30/9 am every morning. The hallway does not have air conditioning, and needs updated. The cable is atrocious. Literally maybe 15 fuzzy channels. This didn't deter us, however because we were busy at all times and too exhausted to watch TV. The pool needs work. We would not swim in it. There was a film on the top and it was very green even though it smelled of chlorine. We didn't see one person swim. Overall we would stay again. We paid a great price and did have an excellent time. I think with just a little work and a few upgrades this could go from a decent place to a great place.

Good stay but the property needs updated a little bit. The aur conditioner in our room worked but barely. The balconies were good unless you had neighbor's then they could hear everything you said because there isnt a break in between.

Pros- all rooms are ocean view, affordable for a family of 5, indoor heated pool, comfortable beds, clean, friendly staff Cons- a bit outdated, our room was a ‘dead-spot’ for wi-Fi (was offered a new room, but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time of unpacking all our things for 5 people), things in room that need refreshed/replaced with minimal effort (loose outlets, peeling paint, cracked toilet seat, rattling bathroom fan) Overall a positive experience. Budget friendly trip for family that doesn’t expect the latest and greatest amenities, and is only in room to shower and sleep. Clean and bug free are our only steadfast requirements!

Beachfront View = super. Sunrise with homemade breakfast. Missed getting a hotel with free breakfast. I didn't want to work or go out Honesty. Stayed one night. Felt safe w grown family. I think we could have gotten a room near fun we got to see Virginia Beach on our travels. I'd go back. I'd recommend. Dated but good. Simplicity is best everything you could ask for. Oh coffee all day all night too :)
