The woman who checked us in, sent us to the wrong elevator on the far side of the casino. She was more concerned about another guest while she was checking me in. She ruined my first day at MGM. Other MGM staff were equally unhelpful. By the end of my stay, I was convinced MGM employees only do their specific job description, which in most cases, does not include customer service. I will not return or recommend MGM hotel.

This is a terrible place to stay. It is under construction but of course did not state that when making reservations. Nor at check in. Half the elevators are not working. There is construction noise early in the morning. You have to wait a long time to use the elevator and no stairway access except in emergencies. While the front desk will comp you, after being exasperated and standing in line, it is not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and simply avoid this place for the next year. And maybe longer since they clearly do not care about customer experience

Old and lousy hotel charging tarrifs that they dont deserve. Zero customer care. Had to wait 30 mins on phone to reach a ftont desk employee and at last had to go all the way down to the lobby to talk about my issues. Room had no water and how can a hotel do tjis without informing the guest?. Then they say oh we are sorry and will waive resort fee..Thats not acceptable!

I won’t be staying there again. Hotels are hospitality services provided for travellers. Unfortunately I cannot tick any of the boxes in this area. No cups, no electric kettle, no tooth brush and other amenities. Even there is a charge of US50 if you touched the mini bar. The fridge is even not for your use. Difficult to get coffee in morning. Long queues at the only Starbucks that was opened. And coffee is double the price of other Starbucks. Bottle of water downstairs cost 8 bucks. Even the kind of slots machines installed is to rip you off. Unfortunately same goes for other hotels next to each other all managed by MGM.
