I was dissappointed we did not get our room serviced but once during our 4-day stay. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door, and I informed them we were showering and could they come back. They stated it was only a quick service, they shoved the towels at me, and asked that I verify if I needed trash. Because I just got out of the shower, and they refused to come back, I said no. Our beds weren't made, and it took 3 requests for them to service our room once. The pool closed at 7pm, however, at 6:35 we were asked to leave. At that point, we decided to wait until the others were at least asked to leave before we did. I think it is a bit early to close the pool, but to insist certain customers vacate 25 minutes early, we felt targeted. The rooms were nice, although the cold water faucet was stuck and required alot of energy to turn on and off. Other than that, it was a decent stay. It wasn't as great when I stayed when they first opened, but it wasn't so bad that I'd never stay again. But please do better with housekeeping, and consider keeping the pool opened past 7pm in the hot summer months!
