Family Golf/Beach Trip
This location was simply ideal for us. Our group consisted of my daughter and her family (kids - 1 and 4), her in-laws and our single son. We are foodies so the kitchen afforded us the opportunity to prepare three dinners in the home as well as breakfasts and an occasional lunch. The pool was a wonderful addition for adult time during afternoon naps. And the family room, aside from the great room, was ideal for kids TV time. Perfect layout. Short stroll to the beach was also a big plus. Lastly I need to give a shot out to the communications with the management team. It was perfect.

Kiawah in August
So I booked this house for a 5 night stay, and it coincided with Tropical Storm Debby rolling through. I paid a premium price for this home, and the host and management company did not deliver a premium product. We wanted to BBQ, and upon uncovering the grill, I discovered it was in complete disrepair. In fact it was barely operable....grates that had caked on grease residue, exposed gas burners. There was also no speakers anywhere in the house to play music with a Bluetooth connection. I found that odd, and the TV setup are all Roku boxes, with limited Live TV. One of the main king bedrooms had pool floats left inside, and for a 5 night stay I believe the hosts left us with exactly 5 Cascade pods for the dishwasher and 6 garbage bags. It seemed a frugal approach to what was advertised as an exceptional House for rent. Im not quite sure what they believed we might do with extra dishwashing detergent and garbage bags. The beach towels were also rather small and flimsy. I believed I was paying for a 5 star home near the beach and in my humble opinion it was more of a 2 1/2 to 3 star experience. Thank you

Fantastic Kiawah Vacay!
We had a wonderful time staying just steps away from the beach! The house was so clean a beautiful!! We have a son with special needs and there was beach access very close by that we were able to walk to from our house. Also the pool was very accessible (no steps!) Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect!
This house was perfect for our extended family of 10! The layout of this house is wonderful. It's literally a minute walk to the beach. The pool was also perfect. If we could stay here every year for our family vacation we would. You will not regret it!

Best home ever!
This was a great home! It was very clean, furniture was very nice, the beds were comfortable...even the pillows. The pool was great, was across the street from the beach entrance. The team was great with getting back to us right away with a few small issues. Small things I would suggest .... a few more towels in the bathrooms, and a few new pans. The Teflon was coming off a few and I don't like to use them once that happens. Also, if there were some cleaning supplies (comet, Windex....) under the sink I would have been happy to scrub the kitchen sink and the bottoms of the pots. But over all it was a great house and a great family reunion. Ages 1 yr to 70 years.

Beautiful house in Kiawah
We had a wonderful stay with family in this beautiful house. It was just as pictured online, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location was perfect…right across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay again!

The house was amazing! Very beautiful furnishings-top notch. Lots of space for multiple families. We saw a buck traveling through the backyard every day. It was a little to cool to use the pool but we enjoyed grilling and sitting outside. The gas fire pit was also enjoyed by all.

Perfect Vacation Home
From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. The communication and instructions received prior to and during the rental period were top notch and very helpful. The inside of the house impressed the whole group with ample rooms and bathrooms for all of us. Beautiful decor! The pool was a big hit for the kids and adults. Path to the ocean was right across the street and the beaches were beautiful. I can't think of anything that didn't work or was out of place. Thank-you for a wonderful time.

This house was a great fit for our group of 8 tennis friends. The house is open and updated. The pool is small but clean. The tennis courts are about a mile away. We all enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Property and Location
We had a wonderful stay over Spring Break. The house is beautifully appointed with more than enough room for 2 families to spread out. The location is stellar with beach access right across the street and a quick bike ride along the paths for coffee, ice cream or time at the playground. We couldn’t have been happier and will be looking to rent again.

Ladies weekend
We had 8 ladies stay for a long weekend. The house is beautifully done with modern touches. Beds were comfortable and very nice baths. One thing we felt that needs attention was lighting on the front porch. It was hard to even see the pad to put the code in after dark. We had a very nice weekend and would definitely rent again.

Kiawah Marathon Weekend
We enjoyed ran and relaxed at your house. So near the beach and starting/finishing line of the 2022 Marathon. Our large group had cozy places to sleep and so many gathering spots in the house and on the pool deck to sit chat and spend time together. Thank you for staying in touch with us as we prepared for this special weekend. Your staff was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. Again this house is ideal for large groups and access to the beach. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway
We traveled with a group of ten adults and this property was perfectly set up with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. No one needed to share with another couple and everyone was very comfortable. There are plenty of places to socialize throughout the house with ample seating. Access to two refrigerators was wonderful as we used one for drinks and the other for food. The property is directly across the street from beach access and the pool deck was a nice place to relax as well. The home was very comfortable, clean and accessible. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Awesome house, great location
The house is newly renovated and super comfortable for a large party. Great space for young adults to have a separate area to hang out. Plenty of room. Only slight suggestion would be to update some of the kitchen items like toaster and sharp knives.
