"Lovely stay. Clean, large room. Quiet. Fantastic breakfast included. Charlotte itself is a beautiful city. My only criticism was the pool was not usable. Looked as though some work was going on (although we saw nobody doing anything) so was covered and filthy. Don’t remember seeing anything saying it wasn’t usable or closed this time of year. "
