Could have been better.
It was a nice room but there was no hot water. I let the shower run for about 10 minutes then took a 10 minute shower and the water was tolerable at best by the time I got out. There was also short curly hair on the shampoo in the shower. I am going to assume it was a beard hair because the alternative is disgusting. Overall it was decent but definitely could have been better.

Not in the best area. The check in desk is nice but elevators and hallways could use some TLC. Our room door didn’t shut properly unless we had to yank on it. I enjoy this hotel company but this one wasn’t great.

Over all it was a good stay. Mattresses were unique as I could feel the flat board underneath but no soreness or pain. Glass doors poorly cleaned tub was very slippery and lighting wasn't appropriate as the area over the TV needed soft lighting

Fantastic property with a great Gym and a Terrific breakfast! A Special thank you to Melissa at the Front Desk for her genuine kindness and upmost professionalism. With Hurricane Helene, these can be challenging times but it could be a lot worse and I am grateful to Hyatt for the great stay.
