Overall great location, great staff, great rooms and enormously large rooms. The Starbucks was a plus. Just thought the hotel could use more newer elevators that didn’t seem unsafe.

This property was actually better than expected. I would’ve given it 5 stars but upon arrival I was hit with a $200 security deposit, on top of the $450 for the actual stay. But, when booking everything online, there was never any mention of a security deposit. So, that was taken from the spending money I have saved for the trip. I was also told that I would be refunded the $200, and it would take about 2-3 business days to process, but it’s been a week and I still haven’t received it! One can say that this is not a good look when wanting to retain or gain future stays.
