Book a hotel near Swannanoa Valley Museum, Black Mountain

"The hotel was recovering from the hurricane floods in the mountains but was still clean and nice. There was hot chocolate, coffee and hot tea available all day and night, which was lovely. The staff was friendly, there was a simple "breakfast bar" which was fine, with grab and go bags for people checking bout which was nice. And the rooms were clean showers were great the design was perfect with plenty of room. I will be back to stay at this hotel again soon! "

"This little cottage is the perfect little place for a romantic getaway. Easily walkable to downtown Black Mountain, the chic decor and updated amenities kept us warm and comfortable, even in the frosty month of December. The outdoor garden area provides a tranquil space, even in dormant winter times. With the dedicated off street parking, beautiful interior, gracious hostess, and proximity to town, this is a true 10/10."

"My husband, 7yo son and I had a great time during our stay in BM at this sweet little house. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants easily and the house itself was just as shown in the photos - clean, cozy, and well-appointed. As others have mentioned, the surrounding properties were not as well-kept, which was a little off-putting at first. But we never had any security issues and the location mostly made up for that. It was a lovely place to stay for a small family or couple looking to be close to town."
