My stay was good The room was very clean and room service was excellent. The receptionist was good but the room key had to be changed everyday. It did not open the door. An upgrade is needed at the hotel. Also my TV never worked. It kept turning off. I reported it everyday I was there and was told it would be fixed, but everyday it did not work. I was told maintenance signed off on it meaning it was fixed but it wasn't. That was a first for me.

Was unlikely that they were most interested in collecting the money from the customers than the people has good and pleasurable vacation. The facility doesn’t have to offer nothing for the price we payed. No pool . No restaurant no parking included. No transportation from and to the airport. Room very uncomfortable . Thank . I’m very unhappy with my vacation.

This propert is run down . They dont have anything for customers not even a glass of water for customers. No coffee maker in room . The in room refrigerator didnt work ice is only on one floor elevator takes forever. The best thing is rooftop deck which is closed at 10 pm in the Caribbean makes no sense. Rooms smell like mildew. Thankfully the staff was extremely pleasant. First time in Puerto Rico regret the stay.

Miramar Hotel is in a walkable residential area that is close to beaches, T-Mobile Entertainment District, and Old San Juan. It is quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Anything you could possibly need or want is within walking distance: a beach, a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, gift shop, etc.

Centrally located; very near to El Condado and Old San Juan (not walking distance). The premises and the rooms were super clean. The staff very kind, welcoming, flexible and helpful. They clean your room everyday, and are very detailed. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Condado 'Laguna' and it is lovely at night. They have a spacious private parking with an electric gate. In conclusion, for a boutique hotel, I was impressed and very pleasantly surprised. I would recommend it to anyone.
