We had great service at the property, they were very accommodating of requests. They are undergoing a renovation, I’m sure once those are complete the dining options and variety of pools will be great.

The entire hotel is beautiful, the service is wonderful, the pool is fun, the cocktails are cheap, and the availability of car rentals at the hotel helped us a lot.

My stay was great , service was great … they gave me a too and a suite no charge for my birthday because some maintenance issues came came up in the room i booked earlier before i arrived , did not like the fact the two pools was closed looking out the balcony of my stay . Other than that everything was great . They even served me champagne on my arrival.

The property was pretty, but they under renovations, I’m sure when it’s done it will be beautiful not all the restaurants were open, but it is still a beautiful resort everyone very friendly

The property was under renovations, but it didn’t impact our stay too much. The location being right by the beach and a short drive from El Yunque was my favorite part! I would definitely recommend renting a car if you’re staying for a few days because there’s a lot more to do in the area.

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my invoice for weeks now, and the experience has been beyond frustrating. I’ve reached out to the billing department multiple times, even spoke with a manager, but it feels like nobody cares enough to actually help. Despite my efforts, I’m still no closer to a resolution, and it’s incredibly disappointing to be treated this way as a customer. I expected better support and accountability.
