Atrocious - DO NOT STAY!
I am leaving a review because to call this stay bad would be an understatement. The room was in ruins, I didn’t even have blankets or proper towels - it was dirty and unclean. The person who was working the front desk was beyond rude and my debit card mysteriously disappeared from the room. I’ve stayed here before many times but after the pandemic it’s gone to shambles. I feel unsettled by how bad this experience was. The safe was conveniently broken.

Great location right on Bourbon St. Hotel is well maintained and has a nice little jazz club. We enjoyed our stay.

This room and rate was advertised as Bourbon Street balcony. The room I was issued is side street balcony. I went to the desk and complained. Told them the importance of this and that the rate I paid was for bourbon balcony. All of those rooms were already assigned. This was a big deal and a huge mistake.
