This hotel refused to give us a room for a different day or to return our funds when we booked for the wrong night. Terrible and unethical service. The night staff kept saying call the manager and the manager never responded to me directly. Told the third party site we booked through that they were keeping our funds when we booked and called the SAME DAY of booking to correct the mistake. We were not booked to check in until the next day, so they could have sold this room to someone else. Instead they kept our funds and the room was empty (maybe). Thus feels like theft to us and we won’t ever book here. BUYER BEWARE!

Nice hotel. Great dinner and breakfast. They are fairly proud of their food but it was very good. A bit noisy in the late evening. Cars and bikes revving engines on the street.

Had a wonderful stay. Would not recommend walking far from hotel. A lot of homeless and drugged the further out you get. The bus stops are also problematic in that area.

The property charged $10 a day for internet, even though I was a Marriott Bonvoy member. The front desk clerk said that because I booked through Expedia they were not able to apply my Marriott Bonvoy membership number to my account, and therefore had to pay for internet.

Room felt damp - AC running but could not cool down or dry out room. 1 elevator broken so it took some time to wait for one - all staff and guests using same small one. I don’t think this one was worth the money.
