Typical Big Convention Hotel
We were there for just one night to see the Arch. The location was amazing for that, however, it seemed to be a bit out of the way from other services, (restaurants, shopping). I was annoyed when I checked in and the agent got all excited and said that he could give us a room with an Arch view - That's fantastic - until he told me that it would be an extra $50. I declined. Then he said, 'well, I how about a high floor overlooking the city?" Great - but that was going to be an additional $25. I really didn't appreciate the up charging. Also, I went to the bar and asked for a glass of wine. When I told him I was going to take it back to my room, he told me he could only give me a plastic cup. I'm not drinking at $18 glass of wine in a plastic cup.

Staff was amazing! You are in walking distance from the ARCH. It was clean and even though they had a party when we checked in it was super quiet! Will be coming back to this hotel next time I am in St. Louis.
