It’s a very clean hotel. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed meeting other travelers, during breakfast. Will definitely recommend.

Great place to stay. Still close to everything but just far enough north to get out of traffic. Clean and friendly staff. Good in-house free breakfast. Disliked the beds. Hard hard hard.

It's one of those.It will do properties.You can tell that it's old and very outdated.They clean pretty good.Didn't have a great smell to the room.And the balcony was kind of rusty. But on a good note, the room did have a microwave and a refrigerator.

Very good place! Clean and staff very friendly! The surroundings are beautiful! Right along the river! Most, if not all, have a balcony overlooking the river! Breakfast is unbelievably delicious! Can’t go wrong staying there!

It was hard to get out on the main road, especially turning left. The room was hot. It was only cool right in front the AC. The room was hot for the entire stay. The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet before getting into bed at night.

Best place to stay in the Smokies
They offer super clean rooms with daily service. The breakfast is pretty good. If there is a problem, they fix it immediately. I've stayed here several times now, and the service and cleanliness is consistent. The location cannot be beat!

No heart shape hot tub like booked :(
I was happy with it but the room I booked on hotels.com was supposed to have a heart shaped hot tub in the room (the main reason I even booked it) and the room I got did not have it so it was disappointing but it was still clean and by the river.

My favorite motel
Very nice quiet motel, alittle further down the strip. My favorite motel in this area.I like that its smoke free and no animals allowed. Rooms are always nice and clean and have a good little breakfast bar. Always great customer service on front desk. From the gentleman from Jamaica, I think he might be the mgr.
