We stayed at this resort for a Dollywood trip. It is close to many of the Pigeon Forge attractions. We stayed in the two bedroom condo and it had everything we could need and was a great size. It had a fireplace and Christmas tree which we enjoyed. The condo was clean but the entrance needed some attention as someone had spilled a drink and it was not cleaned up while we were there. One elevator was closed for repairs. It was a short stay so we did not take advantage of the amenities the resort offers. I would stay here again if I were to return to the area.

We travel to Pigeon Forge once or twice a year. We have stayed here multiple times. The indoor pool and water slides are great for kids especially during the winter. Unfortunately we have noticed over time that the standard of cleanliness has declined and many of the rooms are in major need of updates and new furniture. With all of the options for places to stay we won’t be staying here again. The poor cleanliness and outdated rooms just aren’t worth the price.

When we frist got to the room I called the front desk to request another room because it smelled like cigarettes. They placed me on hold and never came back. Everyone was tried from the long trip so instead of non stop complaining I just ran to Walmart and got 2 cans of fabreze. I sprayed the entire room before bed, when we got up, when we came back to the room, and every chance in between. By the time we checked out the cigarette smell was starting to go away. We stayed for 2 nights. The room itself was a good size. We got a 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was good and the washer and dryer where clean. The pool area was packed so we didn’t go. The arcade was small. The fitness room smelled horrible and had water on the floor. I couldn't even take a full step into the room because the smell was so bad. All in all I've definitely seen worse but at the same time I won't be going back.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fire pits and Christmas lights and hot tub. The elevator broke down one night. I was on the 4th floor and it was very difficult to use the steps due to physical issues. It was fixed the next day.
