I never even got to check in. They do not have a front desk so i called and they made me wait over an hour and twenty minutes in the parking lot for a guy that never showed up. I had to book another room and pay for it through hotels.com and now i can't get a clear answer about being refunded due to the hotels inconvenience.

This hotel was perfect for our one-night stay, conveniently located in Gatlinburg and a very private feel! The balcony overlooking the river was a great highlight.

The staff was absolutely amazing. This is a new property so there was one or two things they were still figuring out but I loved our stay. When our fridge wasn't working they promptly sent someone up to fix it. Coincidentally that person was the husband of the woman baking my wedding cake! Was very happy with our stay here.
