Sea of Tranquility Cottage - E6 at North Coast Village

Beautifully remodeled and located on the upper level of the most tranquil and quiet area of North Coast Village, E6 Cottage is aptly named "Sea of Tranquility."

The panoramic ocean, harbor, and river views from the balcony of this recently updated condominium will amaze you. Simply take the stairs down to ground level and then walk right out to the beach.

When you step inside the condominium, you immediately get a serene spa-like feeling from the new wood-look tile entry floor, which carries into the bathroom.

The carpeted living room features a sofa bed with an extra deep mattress and a matching love seat. A sparkling glass-tiled fireplace adds to the ambiance, and above it is a large flat-screen Smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, and more. The dining table seats four. The bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury bedding, one chair, and a television.

When you step out on the balcony, you'll have found your sweet spot. You will want to spend hours enjoying the view, sound and smell of the ocean, harbor, jetty, and river.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village is an oceanfront tropical paradise located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, tropical foliage, flowers, streams, walkways, Koi ponds, two heated pools and spas, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards and foosball.

The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. We had a lovely stay with the exception of a few things! Upon arrival there was a note taped to the door that there would be no power from 8am -7 pm on a day of our stay… a little disappointed but understood the reasoning but then on the same day maintenance was glazing the bricks so we were asked not to walk on them the only way out of the unit is to walk on them so another inconvenience. The next day we went out for lunch and when we arrived back in the garage to work someone was parked in my assigned spot. I called the number and the gentleman was less then helpful just said security would be over to investigate… at that point I decided to see if the car had a tag on the dash and it did stating it was a vendor working in E12 so I called the less than pleasant security # back lll

The views were excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. My only negative and it doesnt merit a lower rating is that while they had all the dishes and appliances which was fantastic, there was no coffee for the coffee machine (Ive always have the small ones at the bnbs in the past) and no cooking spray so i had to go to the store before making breakfast (i brought everything else with me). I also checked in quite late and with no a/c the unit was very warm as the windows had been closed all day and fans off. So it took a while to air it out and cool off. Otherwise, it was absolutely beautiful and the communication was very efficient. The views from the living room and balcony and so relaxing and enjoyed by all!

We really enjoyed this location and place. Very clean, and spacious for us. The view from the balcony is great and the weather was super. Its has a very comfy feel to it. Cozy bed, loved the fireplace, and again how clean and updated everthing was. The grounds of the comlex are very green and enjoyed walking around the location. Loved the sound of the creek outside the door. The put put golf and the pool. Appreciate all the text message given as we enjoyed the weekend giving us our details. Great for walking the beach, going to the harbor and hitting the pier. Ate at local places and did some wine tasting in town. Make sure to have some ice cream at Handels. All in all loved and would diffently go back. Thank you for a nice weeeknd.

I absolutely loved staying in this room. The only thing that could be a little better was housekeeping. There was food or blood stuck on the bedroom door and food on the bedspread. There was only one sand chair available. Other then that we loved it and booked again in June. We have been pleased with all of our stays at North Coat Village.

The AZ 110+ Getaway
Excellent location! The area was super busy but we were willing to walk everywhere we went locally. Driving around is an option but because Oceanside was so busy parking would have taken some addt time. MANY options for dining, relaxation, and exercise. Incredible location to take in sunsets and relax on beach. My only request if using this same location again would be to create some sort of better air circulation through the unit. Possibly a fan at the front door/window and a fan at the back door/window. There wasnt enough natural air movement with the doors/windows open. An easy fix to keep the humidity down inside the unit itself. We loved the beach chairs/cooler/umbrella/games/wagon/towels which were all available to use.

Beautiful Place to Relax
The condo is beautiful—relaxing colors and comfortable furniture and beds. The balcony has a wonderful view. The grounds at the community are lush and beautiful. The pool is warm and nice. I felt safe and appreciated the security patrolling the grounds. The beach is a little rocky, but the sand is still nice. Only one small problem for the stay: I didn’t receive a text about check in directions, which was a little inconvenient.

Beautiful view, cute decor and so close to the beach you don’t even have to wear shoes to get there. Accommodations were good but it’s run more like a hotel so if you need extras for cooking (spices, aluminum foil, storage bags/ containers) be sure to bring them. Also, don’t be like us and wait until the last day to realize there’s beach chairs and an umbrella in one of the closets lol. This condo is very close to the parking garage as well, which we liked even though most things are close enough to walk to. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend. We would stay again and might next year if we decide to come back to Oceanside.

Great place for a quiet getaway. Open the windows or sit on the patio and listen to the waves while watching a sunset. Unit and amenities were described accurately and photos provided a clear picture of the condo. The overall complex is also beautifully landscaped. Close to plenty of restaurants.

Perfect Vacation Spot for Us
My husband and I stayed in September, 2022. We are from SW Louisiana and this was our first time in California. We couldn't have been more pleased! The weather was just beautiful and the condo was just right for us. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was so comfortable, and the balcony was absolutely perfect for catching the beautiful sunsets. Oceanside is a perfect beach town with friendly people and lots of walkable restaurants and bars and being able to watch people surfing was a bonus. The complex itself was also impressive. There are water features all throughout so anywhere we were walking we heard the sound of the water falling which was so peaceful and inviting. If we ever have the opportunity to go to Oceanside again, we will definitely choose this condo and we highly recommend it to you!

Great location!
This property was great! It was in an awesome location and had an amazing view. It is literally right next to the beach and it was great. We also used the pool and even though there are a lot of units and families, the pool was big enough for everyone. We loved this location and the town as well the neighboring town of Carlsbad. Long Weekend at the Beach
We had a great time in the condo. It was very clean and was conveniently located near one of the beach entrances. We actually preferred that beach entrance because the beach was sandier and a little less busy than the beach on the other side of the complex. The large pipes to clear out the harbor were on the beach while we were there, but we have been in Oceanside during that time of year (April and May) and knew that would most likely be the case. They build sand bridges to go over the pipes so you can still get to the beach very easily. We prefer to go when the beaches are less busy so the pipes are not a deal breaker for us. We used the sofa bed for some of our group, and it was actually comfortable! We would definitely stay again.

Unit and property were even nicer than we thought. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Steps from the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, or a short Uber or drive to a whole stretch of restaurants and shops in Oceanside or Carlsbad. Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Much needed rest!
This condo is now my favorite place to stay at Northcoast village. The condo was very comfy, the view was wonderful and I was so happy with the short walk to the beach. We will be back…just save a spot for us!
