Interesting place. Great location. Wonderfully stocked with anything you might need. But really weird design. Huge kitchen, but nowhere to sit except two backless stools. Bathroom sink in the middle of the floor with no storage , counter space or mirror. Definitely a design over function kinda place.

The property itself was very nice, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a pleasant atmosphere for our stay. The amenities were commendable, featuring a full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and even a washer and dryer, which we greatly appreciated. However, I found the check-in process to be quite complicated, and the absence of a receptionist on site presented significant challenges, especially for guests without access to a phone with data. This made our arrival a lengthy and frustrating experience. Additionally, I encountered issues with the hallways, which were dark and uneven. Unfortunately, I nearly fell, resulting in bruises on my leg and hand. When I raised this concern, I was informed that it was a recurring issue and that an electrician had been contacted. It’s unfortunate that such a lovely property had these challenges, as they somewhat overshadowed our experience and affected our vacation. I hope that these issues can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.

The David is centrally located within walking distance of everything so it made it easier for me and my girl to get from place to place. Parking was relatively close and the room was clean and comfortable

The property is modern, edgy. The room is bold, masculine, spacious and fully equipped for a short stay. The instructions seem like a lot but upon arrival it makes sense and is very clear to enter eand exit. We arrived late at night and parking was hard to get but parking on the streets nearby is free if you get a space. It is open concept. There is a washer and dryer. It is a bit dark and moody, especially if you close the thick curtains and turn off all lights so great for getting a good nights rest. It was quiet. I would book an extra day at this property, so glad we did, the walking score is amazing you can shop drop off your bags, eat and go back and change, then head out again and walk to waterfront and see cruiseships and enjoy nature all in the same day.
