The entrance door of the hotel got closed at night. No one was there to open the door. No card opener. Nothing! I had to stay till someone gets out to open the door! Really bad experience The room cards were disabled on the second day. When asked from the receptionist she said it’s a magnet issue. How magnet issue happens for both cards?

Very basic things not offered- no robes in the room, no hot sauce or plum sauce with room service. Room service food was very underwhelming. The gym is nice. Location is great. Rooms are very outdated and tvs are extremely small. With so many other (better) options in that area of the city, we won’t be back.

The hotel is very nice . It is closed to everything 5 -10 mins walking , Old Town, Old Port , shopping, club, bars ,train station to Quebec City. Staffs are so nice.
