They did not have the room we reserved. They said they were oversold. We were supposed to have a city view room unfortunately our room looked at a wall. They moved us the second day. But we had to keep going back to the desk and it forced us to change plans. Our room was dirty, there was “something splattered” on the wall. No coffee maker and our first room didn’t have a fridge. We were disappointed with our experience.

The front desk went above and beyond when I had an issue. No valet service sucks. Especially since getting to self parking is confusing. I got in late and wanted to leave my car in parking while i explored after checkout. However, they said I had 2 hours to move my car or I had to pay another $35. The only way would have been if I drove my car out of the parking lot and then drove back into the parking lot. Here's the thing. If I get back into my car and drive. Im just going to leave and not look back. That is exactly what I did. I guess you guys didn't want me to spend more money there. I'm not a whale but my money still adds up. Your loss. I won't be staying there again.

Overall the room was clean and ready for my wife and I, the smaller details were missed. The shower curtain was dirty and stained, the body wash was completely empty. The window to the room was dirty and not cleaned, lastly the welcome sign under the tv was sticky and dirty on both sides with noticeable stains. The room was facing the strip, it was incredibly loud to the point we could not get a good night sleep. Also, the tv kept losing internet which made us unable to watch a show. Overall we would not stay here again mainly due to the noise from the live band. This was my wife’s first solo trip in over 10 years from the kids, was disappointed to have stayed here….

Location is good, we stayed here to attend a concert at the Sphere. The room was fine as far as set up and cleanliness. The location of the room on floor 2 was terrible as it was right on top of the ride-share pickup area and the constant horns-blaring from the drivers was annoying.

Hotel is ok close to everything. However the parking is very confusing the location of front desk and the rooms. The front desk staff not very friendly with customers. I don’t think I’lI be back to this hotel. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience.

The extremely disappointing part of our stay is that only coffee was supplied in the room (2 sachets). My partner drinks only tea and to purchase a cup of tea from the Nook Express’ cafe on the ground floor, just outside the lifts, cost US$7.99 or AU$12.86. And this ONLY gets you a tea bag in a foam cup filled with hot water and a lid. Ludicrous!
