the room we had some of the laminate was coming off and the bed skirt had holes and stains on it. during our stay maintenance came in to install shower soap and shampoo dispensers. could that have been done after we left or before we came in? Staff was great very helpful and nice.

Despite being in the middle of the strip during March madness, I didn’t hear a sound on the 16th floor (one of the lower floors of hotel part) and the comments about the pool might be older-it was clean and nicely renovated in March of 2025. (Didn’t use it but had a view). Front desk staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. The parking stinks, tho. It’s very far away. And a little confusing to navigate with a card you receive at check in. Overall-a fantastic stay. I appreciate your team’s attention to our family.

The room was okay expect that it was next to the elevator shaft (last room with a king bed) and it was very loud. The front desk did warn us but the alternative was a double queen bed. Also every time we turned on the air at night we would smell weed smoke. But it was a convenient location to most everything. But Las Vegas has become so expensive. Don’t expect a meal for 2 under $100. Parking is $40 a day and housekeeping is an additional daily fee. So even if the rate looks good, it adds up.

We go to Vegas 3 to 4 times a year. I don’t know what’s going on but it just felt cleaner less vagrant people walking around the staff was wonderful. It’s like they all got retrained just a lot better overall I normally are up at 4 AM and I could finally walk across the street walk outside and felt safe Whatever you’re doing. Keep it up.

Very convenient location with shops just below anything I needed in a pinch. I could just hop through the casino and I was in the mall miracle mile shops.
