Lovely Home, Great Location
We had a great stay! The home was very clean with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were lots of fun. We found it helpful to have the garage to park our car. Nice quiet Green Valley neighborhood. Lou was very responsive when we wanted to add an extra day to our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Always something to do
Kids and grandkids came to visit. One day there was bad air quality so we just stayed inside and played pool. Love the trash compactor! Only suggestion would be a fan on the back patio for those of us that come when it's hot.

Better than advertised
This property was better than advertised. Everything was clean and in proper working order. Check in and out was easy. Pool was perfect. The host, Lou, is absolutely fantastic. Super attentive and extremely fast responding to anything I asked about. Everything was laid out perfectly and worked as advertised. I can't say enough kind words about Lou or this incredible property. If I could rate it a 10 I would!!

Great Stay
There are many features about this house that we liked. 1. Working with Lou was a breeze. Good, clear, and responsive communication. 2. Kitchen amenities. Because of our family food allergies we prepare most of our food and the kitchen was well stocked with just about everything that you would need. The wide assortment of teas and coffee pods was a bonus. 3. Activities. Between the putting course, pool, pool table and arcade game our family was thoroughly entertained when we weren’t out on the Strip. 4. Ample size. At just over 2,000 sf and 3 bedrooms we weren’t getting into each other’s space. 5. Garage parking. The temperature was 108+ each day and we liked to be able to park in the garage. One afternoon it hailed (pea sized) but our car was inside. The only thing we wished it had was a small patch of grass for our dog. There was a really nice park a short walk/drive away that we frequented often. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation house!!!
We recently stayed at this house for a few days, and it was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the mini golf and the pool table. Lou was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Great place to stay in the Vegas area/Henderson
Easy and seamless check in process…the same for check out. Nice, very quiet neighborhood. We enjoy visiting Vegas regularly but prefer to lodge away from the hustle and bustle along the Strip. The pool, putting green, pool table and arcade game were great additional amenities. Plenty of room for the 6 of us adults. The owner was extremely responsive and available for anything we may have needed. Fortunately we didn’t need to bother him because the amenities were all there and functional. Very satisfied with our stay!

Comfortable house in nice neighborhood
Our family has stayed in several vaca rentals around Las Vegas and this property was our best experience so far. The property was well maintained, has a very responsive host, and amenities throughout. We had a delayed check-in due to cleaning crew falling behind schedule. But the host was quick to correct the matter and ensured the rest of our stay went well. The property has changed some since the photos in the listing. For example, there is no longer any natural grass turf in the backyard, an appealing feature as we had dog with us. But for the most part, the property is every bit as nice, if not nicer, than it shows online. The only improvement we would suggest is for a larger shade umbrella poolside. The one umbrella is a bit small and wobbly. Great area of Green Valley and we will definitely book another stay here.

AMAZING HOUSE TO STAY AT!!!!!!
The pictures tell the true story about how beautiful Lou’s house is…exactly as it is detailed!! The house was a dream to stay at with ZERO problems! Lou was always willing to help if we needed anything! The house is perfectly clean along with the yard and pool and putting green!! The kitchen has everything to cook whatever you want!The beds were SOOOO COMFORTABLE that we bought the same bed in the Master room when we left! We stayed for 8 nights and we were all VERY SAD to leave! We will DEFINITELY be staying with Lou again in his beautiful house! THANK YOU LOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT HOUSE! We enjoyed it a lot but the kids and grandkids even more so. Plenty of things for all ages to keep them occupied. Pool table was a big hit for all. Really like the trash compactor. Haven't seen one in years and it really saved us from taking out the trash!

Nice neighborhood
Lou was awesome to work with. He was readily available if we needed anything. We really enjoyed all of the amenities this home offered. We didn't use the pool very much, but did enjoy sunbathing by it, watching the hummingbirds and quail. Lou's home is well stocked and we had everything we needed. The area is close to shopping and restaurants and easy to get to the airport and strip.

Family Vacation
This property was home away from home so comfy and cozy. Very clean the hot tub was a hit very warm. Plenty of amenities everything was stocked up for us. The washer and dryer very handy as we had wet clothes from swimming. The home had plenty of sleeping space for our family. The couch bed also came in handy, every room was equipped with a television. That was also great as we had our children who love cartoon's. so they were able to watch what they wanted. I love how the home was located in a hidden private neighborhood. We felt safe and just really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to Lou for hosting us.

Lou's property was incredible. It was a perfect hub for the hiking and activities we did throughout the week. It was especially nice for the two days it rained non-stop (a rarity for the area!). Lou was great to work with and I'd have no problem booking again with him.

20mins to "The Strip"
Location quiet and easy. Backyard as advertised...lots to enjoy. Billiards, gaming, smart TVs everywhere. Serviceable kitchen for all but the chefs in the family. Good coffee machines...more than one. 3 bedrooms all work as designed. And garage parking. A good stay near Vegas but not IN downtown.
