This is a hidden gem on the strip. If you’re looking for privacy and a backyard feel this is like an oasis. The bed was so comfortable I laid back and woke up three hours later. It had a perfect view of the Tropicana from outside. Sad to see it go but excited to see the ballpark built. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating.

Best Loud Budgeting Vegas hack ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel is the absolute best "loud budgeting" Vegas hack! It is pefectly located LITTERALLY across the street from the main entrance to Mandalay Bay. The owners, Sandy and Eric, are wonderful. The rooms are modest and simple, yet thoughtful and sparkling clean. The coffee and breakfasts from The Egg Shop (also owned by the same family) were a perfect start to our day. AND the three for $12 t-shirts at the souvenir shop (again owned by the same family) are a fun purchase. Honestly, I couldn't be more glad with my decision to stay here.

A beautiful little hotel located right off the strip . Its location was very convenient to walk to the Rolling Stones concert at allegiant Stadium. Staff was very inviting and friendly

Upon checking into our room on own after office closed had issue with dog barking next door. Called after hours line and was immediately moved to another room, that showed how much they cared about making it a great stay. It was well appreciated! If you are looking to avoid the resort fees and pay a lot less than the resorts, this is the place. Room was absolutely clean. ten minute walk across street to Mandalay where we seemed to spend a lot of time, we just didn't have to pay a crazy amount for a room. If you are looking for a place to sleep and go out and enjoy Vegas this is the place. It will allow you to spend your money elsewhere without breaking the bank.

Sandy was amazing! As soon as I booked online, I received a text asking appropriate arrival time! She led us to our room and it was, clean and neat! In the bathroom there were all the toiletries you would need, including a few extras. The mini fridge had two bottles of water. She helped us with dining suggested that were perfect and how to get around by either team or walking. Then I asked about the water massage I saw a sign for and she helped with that too. There was a security guard at night too! Breakfast was light, but there was a wonderful place right off the property that was fantastic. The only negative was that the fee for a pet was a little high.
