"If you need a lot of beds at a fair price in a good area in central Florida this is a great pick for you! There were actually MORE beds than had been advertised (real beds, not air mattresses) which was a very nice surprise. There's a full kitchen, but bring your own supplies because the kitchen is not stocked with tools or staples. And bring drinking water, when we checked in we alerted mgmt that the filter warning light was on on the fridge, and it didn't get changed during the week we were there. And be careful when you pack up because the kitchen needs a regular exterminator service. But the beds were plentiful and the neigh or hood was quiet and centrally located."
