"Property was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was great and very helpful and polite. Only drawbacks are parking and noise which is to be expected being in the middle of downtown. Overall this experience was great and I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The lady who ran the morning breakfast buffet was AMAZING this morning. So very helpful, as my wife had special dietary needs. And BOY DOES SHE CLEAN EXTREMELY WELL!! Her station was spotless. We are definitely going to stay here every time we pass through Gainesville, which is often. We have stayed in almost all hotel chains, but this was by far the BEST experience we have ever had. "We were all pleasantly surprised at how large our rooms were. Best stocked kitchen in a hotel we’ve ever seen. Even had a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Loved the larger sized refrigerator too. Wonderful continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was near several restaurants and UF Shands hospital. Would definitely stay there again. "
