Close to my destinations
Okay, very close to my two destinations. For some reason the NBC channel on the TV was some kind of retro station, no Olympics. Also had trouble getting closed captions on most stations, but that was likely my problem. Staff was nice, pool was good but no pool towels around.

Our stay was overall ok... Didn't realize it was in the ghetto. Would have preferred a better neighborhood but I guess you get what you pay for. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Not rude, just didn't seem to care

Bedbugs! We woke up to bedbugs in the room. Reception staff refused to believe that they were there, argued with us, and said that the pictures and video we showed could have been anywhere despite the fact that the video showed our room number and the interior of the room before zooming in on bedbugs. They refused to issue a refund despite the fact that now we had to disinfect all of our clothing and belongings. Avoid at all costs.

Nice place to stay!
This was a very nice place to spend one night after a full day of sight-seeing with our granddaughter for her birthday trip! I only wish the floors had been swept before we got there… we had to wear shoes in the room! Other than that, this was great!

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The elevator was out of service, but we were forewarned. ' When we checked the room out, there were bugs between the sheets, staff was quick to allow us to move to another room, but the room had a strange smell to it, ( I think they had recently had a pest control to take care of the issue), but within a few minutes I was feeling sick and decided to leave for dinner. At dinner I found another room and moved to it, and went back retrieved my luggage, and left the keys in room, did not stay the night. I believe that the staff has been working hard to bring this location up to higher standards, but I came too early in the process. I was totally surprised, I have spent a lot of nights in Quality Inns, and never have I been this disappointed.

Great place for the lower price! Highly recommen!
I was nervous at first. It seemed to be located in a bit of a forgotten area. Sign on the door read “not responsible for cars in parking lot”. But it was very clean. Newly remodeled and it was literally the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay here! Management was super friendly!

Nice but a little dirty
Bed was a little hard, but I got used to it after a night. The air conditioner had mold/mildew, the shower head was rusty, the top wall of the shower was dirty. The floor LOOKED clean, but definitely was not. Just walking barefoot across the floor and back, my feet were BLACK. Minus the few cleanliness things, the staff was nice and friendly and was overall a decent place to stay.

Only thing I didn’t like was the smell of marijuana in the elevator and 2 sections of the hallways. When I informed management, they shrugged it off and apologized but didn’t offer to check on it. Still had a good breakfast and might want to bring a good pillow. There were 5 kids pillows for 2 adults.
