Quaint hotel. Area quiet. Close to shopping and dinning. Hotel is in need of an update. Very old. and tired looking. Most of the staff friendly . One staff member on Sunday was not very friendly. Lacks a business centre to use.

The location is great, and the area is safe and quiet. The room was very large. The bathroom was very clean. However, there was a huge clump of cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom. The pillows were terribly lumpy and uncomfortable. And it was very humid in the room, which caused a slightly musty odor.

This is an historic style hotel so wall (not window) AC that was startling cold, one elevator, and tall windows in our queen room. If expecting, Hilton or Marriott uniform rooms and modern flooring, bathrooms and finishes this place is not it. But quiet, walkable neighborhood Trader Joe, Starbucks and Target a few minutes walk but also cool coffee places, restaurants and Stan’s Doughnuts also nearby. Would recommend

Good stay. Close to Wrigley field which is what brought me to town. A little pricey for minimal amenities. This is all about location at 1.2 miles from the field

We stayed at the Willows on our trip to move our younger son to Chicago. The hotel was very close to his new house. Parking in the garage across the street is very easy and convenient. The hotel is older, but our room was large and clean.

The young man that checked us in on Thursday August 1 went out of his way to advise me on getting parking for a very large passenger van we were set to leave in after our two days in Chicago. Nobody seems to do that anymore and it was very much appreciated. Super location. easy to Wrigley.
