Very nice, quiet, new hotel very close to O’Hare. I didn’t have to wait long for the free shuttle at the airport. Breakfast buffet was nice. There are a few restaurants across the street, but I didn’t try them.

Conveniently located near the airport, with shuttle, good dining options around the area. Plan on long drives into the city, but otherwise rooms are well designed and comfy. Have breakfast at the IHOP nearby for different option if you are staying a few days.

The first night I discovered after taking a shower that there was a severe lack of towels in the room… sap, zero, nada! I called and the only single one worker in the hotel managed to bring me a couple of towels about 40 minutes after I called .. which I understand the delay when you are put into such detrimental position of managing a giant hotel by oneself! Corporate greed is bad! The same employee told me that after my return from my very enjoyable trip to Mexico I could call to have the shuttle pick us up any time. He said the shuttle runs every some some minutes 24 hrs a day… well, I called at around 11 just to be told that I was wrong, almost made me feel as if made it all up… I ended up having to pay 25 for a taxi… I know they won’t care about this issue but at least I hope other people see the review so that they don’t have to go through the same issues.. I will find my stay elsewhere next time
