Hotel and room was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and had many options. It was very tasty. Parking was included and rooms had all the extras like fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron etc. A few negatives, LED lighting in room was a very blue uninviting tone. Bed was comfy, maybe a bit too soft but still good. Also the pool was closed and washing machine was not working. Also thought the room rate was a bit high but i guess that is the times we living in. overall, I would stay again.

Everything good besides one of the house keepers blocking my door with her cart and acting like she could not understand or hear me asking her to move it has I am walking out of my rooms with a handful of luggage. Very rude & inconsiderate.

The staff and service were lovely! The free hotel shuttle to the airport is timely- every 15/20 minutes and both drivers that I met were excellent drivers and very nice. The dining is incredibly limited as there is no restaurant in the hotel and very little around. I had an issue with none of the outlets in my room working except the wardrobe and the bathroom so charging technology was quite inconvenient and one of the beds had sand in it for some reason, when I informed them after my one night stay, they were very apologetic. Breakfast was decent as well. Still somewhere comfortable and safe to sleep just not necessarily top of the line.

Multiple positives with this hotel: shuttle service to O'Hare, convenient dining options, free (substantial) breakfast, pool and hottub were clean, large bathroom. After we checked out, we realized a wallet had been left in our room. The staff found it and kept it secure until we were able to return a couple hours later with all items (including cash) intact. Thank you!
