While the mattress was comfortable, the pillows were not. I'm accustomed to having a coffee maker in my room, there wasn't one. Breakfast was served too late for us to take advantage of before we needed to leave for the airport. The bagged breakfast was nice but could have included a bottle of water.

This little hotel is quaint and no frills. Aesthetic feels like an updated flight terminal which makes sense considering that it is right near the airport. We had a cleanliness issue with our first room and were immediately given a different room that was cleaned. The beds were super comfortable, shower was hot and morning breakfast (which is included) had surprisingly good coffee. Parking (which is ALSO included) was plentiful. I def think this place was worth the price and enjoyed my overnight stay while on a roadtrip.

The hotel is renovated or new, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. However, the cleaning staff is subpar; rooms had cobwebs, linen with hair from other guests, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Additionally, there is a lot of road noise, and the walls are very thin.

Very clean rooms, bathroom and shower was great (great water pressure, big mirror), close to the convention center, plenty of food options and shopping close by, and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the tv only had about 20 channels and the cast option from my phone wouldn’t work, it said unavailable no matter what I did.

I am a very hard person to please when it comes to hotels. And listen, I can't find 1 negative thing to say about AVID O'Hare Chicago Airport location. EVERYTHING was amazing. From the moment MJ checked me in.....quick, easy, friendly. I had a few interaction with the front desk staff and each of them were equally amazing and accommodating. The room looked just like the pics and was clean, comfortable and offered great amenities. We didn't even use our own toiletries because what they offered was top tier. The breakfast was good and had great options and that staff was friendly and accommodating as well. Upon check out, Asma was extremely friendly and offered great service. I will never stay anywhere else when traveling to this area again. Listen to me y'all.....BOOOK AVID YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Job well done.
