This was our third stay at this particular Holiday Inn. We stay when dropping off/picking up our son at college. The staff is always so helpful and kind. The facility is always clean (and I am a tough judge of cleanliness). We’ve enjoyed our stay every time thus far.

Polar plunge

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was large and very clean. If you were using the restroom you had to fight the door to stay off of you. Hot water is my reason for less than excellent review. Washed my face and brushed my teeth before going to bed and water was cold. Shower the next morning ran for more than 10 minutes before I got in and never got hot. Finally had to jump in so I could continue my trip. Other than the water everything was above expectations.

Went to restaurant in hotel for supper. Was not offered options on sandwich i ordered, was not offered condiments for sandwich. When i asked why i was given the options on my sandwich, employee said no one else accepts the bigger sandwich option so i didnt bother asking. Wasnt impressed with restaurant.
