Excellent property and location
I stayed at this property with five friends. It’s in a gorgeous neighborhood that’s close to Scenic drive, the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The property is well-maintained and stocked with the typical items you would need on a weekend away. We appreciated the layout and bathroom attached to every bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Great layout, great location
We visited with our 3 little kids for the weekend and it was a dream. The layout of the space was ideal (2 bedrooms close to each other, the 3rd on the other end of the house), plenty of bathrooms, large family space with comfy, oversize couches and chairs. The yard was such a bonus, well maintained, flat, beautiful - our kiddos loved running around. The location is ideal too - we could walk to the beach (my son scooted). We already scheduled a return next year!

This house is located on a quaint and quiet street just a few blocks from the beach! It’s a very welcoming and spacious home and we felt very safe and comfortable in this space. Would highly recommend this house as a vacation spot in Carmel!!

Perfect house in Carmel-By-The-Sea!
This house was perfect for our friends get away! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful landscaping and flowers everywhere. Location was excellent - close to the ocean and walkable to Downtown. Loved it - would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Great location, great stay for our family
The house was very clean and had all the items you would need for a comfortable stay in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. So convenient to town and beaches and local hikes. The patio was nice to sit on for morning coffee or sunning in the afternoon. Manuel, the local person, was there to assist us with any of our requests in a timely and polite manner. We would def stay here again and would highly recommend.

Elegant, perfect home for intergenerational family weekend
We just returned from a weekend at this home with grandparents and two teens. The level in home with no stairs and 3 en suite bedrooms was perfect. Beautifully remodeled bathrooms, cozy cheerful kitchen, huge sitting room and nice patio with pretty flowers made our stay in cloudy and cold Carmel very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this home if you are looking for something close to the beach. The flat streets in this quaint and quiet fairytale house neighborhood made it easy to walk, including down to Mission Carmel. Very thoughtful touches throughout, fully stocked kitchen with elegant flatware and dishes, and comfortable beds made our stay very nice. Close enough to downtown Carmel too but not too close to the traffic and crowds there.

Perfect Location
This property was perfect for us. It's an easy walk to the Ocean Avenue beach and is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very roomy and is well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. If the weather had been a bit warmer, we would have spent time in the beautifully landscaped, expansive back yard. This property would be great for 3 couples.

Gorgeous property, optimal location
We were 2 blocks from the Carmel beach in an adorable neighborhood. The house is very luxurious with an interesting layout. Everyone had fun there though I would hesitate to rent it for our immediate (young kids) family alone. As a location for a small family reunion, however, it was very elegant and comfortable.

Great Location!
This house is located two blocks from the ocean and a short stroll to downtown. The home and furnishings are older but the house is in pristine condition. The kitchen is well equipped with all your needs. Nice size lot with plenty of privacy. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect Fit for My Family
This is an older home and not the 3K square footage advertised, but it is IMPECCABLY maintained and on every other metric surprised to the upside. Cloistered property offers plenty of privacy. It is 2 blocks from the ocean in a very quiet ambulatory community that is walking distance from two absolutely stunning beaches, spectacular coastline, and charming Carmel-by-the-sea. If I could find the time I would like to return every year. Perfectly fabulous.

A wonderful home away from home.
Perfect location, lovely yard & landscaping. I will definitely recommend this property to friends that plan to visit the area next year. The only “con” that I heard was that the single bed was “hard”, causing a backache. Other than that....perfect! 😊

Great Location short walk to beach.
Very nice accomodations and beautiful garden. My only issue was locating the lockbox. The other lockbox in same general area was more visible than the right one. Someone arriving at night would have an even more frustrating time getting in. Manager stated that Carmel had restrictions on location of box, but the one that didn't work was more visible than the right one. Otherwise great stay Thanks
