If you only need somewhere to sleep then I guess this is your place to stay. Rooms were absolutely disgusting, old, and they didn’t change our sheets once. We booked here for the “evening live entertainment and night club” which is non existent so the only entertainment you get is if you pay for your own taxi down to the strip and pay out of pocket. You have to make reservations at exactly 9:01 am and if you don’t you have to eat at the buffet which is literally the same food over and over again. It gets sickening. 7 days was absolutely too long for this resort. Save your money and spend a couple hundred more on a nice resort. This was not what I had expected for my first time travelling.

Everything was aweful. Did not have hot water for showers, food was DISGUSTING, flys all over the food, drinks were garbage. Could not go over to the adult side hotel. The place was a dump, and that’s putting it nicely. Just don’t do it, I’m saving you your money and a waste of a vacation.

Really liked that it was close to the main store "Chedrahui" So if you needed something you can walk to the store and try their donuts, Tres Leches Cake, Need flip flops. etc... Very Convenient. The resort is a bit outdated. The room has a slight mold/mildew smell. The Elevator was temperamental. You needed to help close the doors in order for it to work.
